Blackberry Buttermilk Smoothies

  1. Combine the chilled blackberries with the chilled buttermilk, honey and salt in a blender and puree until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until well-chilled, about 15 minutes.
  3. Pour the smoothies into tall glasses and serve.
