Mint Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Combine the olive oil, red-wine vinegar, white wine, mint, basil, oregano and salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
