Chilled Blackberry Pie Recipe
- 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 1/2 teaspoon blackberry Jello
- 4 c. fresh blackberries
- 9 inch baked pie shell
- Cook cornstarch, sugar and water till thick.
- Stir in Jello till dissolved.
- Cold filling.
- Gently stir in blackberries.
- Put in pie shell.
- Refrigerateand serve with Cold Whip.
- You can substitute other fruit in place of blackberries and use same kind of Jello as you do fruit.
- Enjoy!
