Bacon Fried Rice Recipe stng

  1. Cut the slices of bacon into bite-size chunks.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl.
  3. Heat the wok or a heavy skillet until the water has evaporated off the surface.
  4. This takes one to two minutes.
  5. Fry the bacon in the wok until approximately two teaspoons of oil has appeared.
  6. Remove the bacon.
  7. Pour in the whisked egg and stir until scrambled.
  8. Add the rice.
  9. Crush the rice down against the wok until the clumps are separated.
  10. Stir and mix the egg into the rice.
  11. This takes 5 to 10 minutes.
  12. Add the bacon back and mix for a minute or two.
  13. Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce.
  14. Mix thoroughly and serve.
