Deli Stuffed Calzone

  1. In large bowl combine tomatoes, spinach, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, olives, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano and pepper; set aside filling.
  2. Cut each bread loaf in half.
  3. On lightly floured board, roll one bread dough half into a 12 inch circle.
  4. Place on pizza pan.
  5. Spread 113 cup filling on 1/2 of dough circle to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  6. Fold dough over filling making half circle.
  7. Press edges with fork to seal.
  8. Cut 3 slits in dough to allow steam to escape.
  9. Repeat process making 3 more calzones.
  10. Bake in preheated 350F (180C) F oven for 20 minutes.
  11. Brush with olive oil.
  12. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
