Easy S'Mores Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Crush 14 grahams finely.
  4. Mix with graham crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp.
  5. sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Coarsely crush remaining grahams.
  7. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  8. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  9. Blend in flour.
  10. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  11. Stir in half the chocolate; pour over crust.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate, marshmallows and coarsely crushed grahams.
  13. Bake 45 min.
  14. or until center is almost set.
  15. Cool completely.
  16. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  17. Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
