PEPPERMINT BISCUITS

  1. Cream margarine and sugar together.
  2. Add coconut and sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.
  3. Mix to form a soft dough.
  4. Spread onto a baking sheet 33x21cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30mins.
  5. Remove and sprinkle grated chocolate over biscuits while still hot.
  6. When slightly cooled cut into squares or fingers.
