Pan Fried Fish with Dill Rice

  1. Add water to the the dill rice ingredients and cook them in the rice cooker.
  2. Meanwhile, In a frying pan, melt the butter with olive oil.
  3. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and cook them in the pan on the medium-high heat for 10 to 15 min or until golden.
  4. Blend all sauce ingredients together.
  5. Serve the fillets with the rice on side and the sauce on top.
