Rainy Day Goulash

  1. Brown ground meat in a large skillet with the onion.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese.
  4. Mix well and heat through.
  5. Let simmer for about 15 minutes with lid on.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese.
