Ahuva's Strudel Recipe

• 1 kg Flour
• 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
• 1 c. Water
• 2 c. Margarine
• 1/2 c. Oil
• 1 c. (scant) sugar
• Prune levka, mixed with minced nuts and raisins
• Date spread, mixed as above
• Strawberry jam
• Chocolate spread
• Cocoa, cinnamon and sugar

1. Mix all the ingredients together into a dough.
2. Divide into eight balls.
3. Chill for two hrs or possibly more, covered with saran wrap.
4. Roll out on a floured surface to a rectangle.
5. Spread with choice of fillings, and roll jellyroll fashion.
6. Bake in a moderate oven till golden.
7. This freezes very well.
8. Serve sliced.
