Scorpion Bars Spicy Salsa
- 4 vine ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
- 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 cups jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz lime juice
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 4 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 ounce Scorpion Mexican Spice
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips
