Za'atar and Feta Corn Tostadas (Gfree)

• 4 corn tortillas (gfree)
• 14 cup feta
• 2 tablespoons za'atar spice mix
• olive oil

1. Brush corn tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with za'atar and feta and pop in the oven for 10 mins to get crispy.

3. Fry corn tortillas in Extra Light Olive Oil and drain on paper towels then sprinkle with za'atar and feta.
