Easy Pumpkin-Chocolate Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place bread cubes in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
  4. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
  5. Pour evenly over bread; sprinkle with chocolate.
  6. Bake 30 min.
  7. or until center is almost set.
  8. Microwave caramels and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  9. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  10. Drizzle over bread pudding.
