Easy Pumpkin-Chocolate Bread Pudding
- 4 cups French bread cubes (1 inch)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 16 KRAFT Caramels
- 1 Tbsp. water
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Place bread cubes in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
- Pour evenly over bread; sprinkle with chocolate.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Microwave caramels and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
- or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Drizzle over bread pudding.
