Chunky Sausage Soup

  1. Grill the sausages for 10 minutes until brown on each side.
  2. Heat the oil; add the onion and fry until soft.
  3. Add the tins of beans and tomatoes.
  4. Add the stock to the pan.
  5. Add 450 ml boiling water to the pan, season and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley.
