Beefy Rice Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
  2. Put in greased 2 quart casserole.
  3. Add rice.
  4. Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth.
  5. Pour over rice.
  6. Bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes or unti liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
