Low Country Pork Chops (Microwave)

  1. Layer potatoes and onion in microwave safe casserole dish.
  2. Place pork chops on top.
  3. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add 1 cup (225 ml) water.
  5. Place lid on casserole.
  6. Microwave on Med (50%) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with some fast vegetables.
