Low Country Pork Chops (Microwave)
- 4 pork chops
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
- 1 white potato, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
- 1 white onion, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
- 1 cup (225 ml) water or wine
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Layer potatoes and onion in microwave safe casserole dish.
- Place pork chops on top.
- Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add 1 cup (225 ml) water.
- Place lid on casserole.
- Microwave on Med (50%) for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with some fast vegetables.
