Garlicky Dinner Rolls

  1. thaw and raise rolls according to package directions on a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. This takes 3-4 hours at room temperature.
  3. Combine oils into a small saucepan over low heat until very warm.
  4. Remove from heat, add garlic and let stand at room temperature.
  5. Combine oregano and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Preheat oven 350.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. remove from oven and immediately roll into the garlicky oil, making sure to get lots of garlic pieces on the rolls.
  9. Sprinkle generously with salt mixture.
  10. Place in a bread basket and keep warm till serving.
