Artichoke Parmesan Dip

  1. Drain artichokes and chop.
  2. Mix artichokes with all remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
  5. Serve with chips, crackers, pita bread or flat bread.
  6. Note: The Italian blend cheese can be found in most grocery stores but Swiss or mozzarella also work.
  7. I use a 6 x 10 baking dish but any medium size will work well.
