Artichoke Parmesan Dip
- 1 jar (15 Oz. Size) Marinated Artichokes
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (I Prefer Dukes)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 cups Onion, Diced Small
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (Italian Blend, Swiss Or Mozzarella)
- Drain artichokes and chop.
- Mix artichokes with all remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
- Serve with chips, crackers, pita bread or flat bread.
- Note: The Italian blend cheese can be found in most grocery stores but Swiss or mozzarella also work.
- I use a 6 x 10 baking dish but any medium size will work well.
