kale soup

• 2 lb linguica
• 1 large onion
• 3 cup potatoes
• 2 bunch kale
• 1 shank bone
• 2 can kidney beans

1. cut up linguica, onion,potatoes,kale.
2. put it all in the pan.
3. add the 2 cans of kidney beans.
4. put just enough water to cover the potatoes.simmer 45 to 1 hour.
5. then enjoy!!
6. its so yummy!
