boys' Italian beef sandwiches (slow cooker)
- 1 3-5 pound beef roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup prepared italian salad dressing
- 2 cup water
- spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- place roast in pot.
- sprinkle seasonings over roast, then add dressing and water.
- cook on low all day, minimum 7 hours.
- shred meat and return to pot for at least 15 minutes.
- serve in a crusty roll.
