Slow Cooker Salsa Steak

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle oil to allow it to warm.
  2. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the steak for 6 minutes until well browned, turning it once.
  4. Move the steak to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the bell pepper and onion.
  6. Using the same skillet, mix the soup and salssa.
  7. Pour over the steak and vegetables.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  9. Serve with noodles or rice.
