Slow Cooker Salsa Steak
- 2 teaspoons Cooking Oil
- 1 pound Beefsteak
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 whole Bell Pepper, Cut In Strips
- 1 whole White Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (11 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cups Salsa
- Noodles Or Rice, To Serve
- In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle oil to allow it to warm.
- Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper.
- Brown the steak for 6 minutes until well browned, turning it once.
- Move the steak to the slow cooker.
- Add the bell pepper and onion.
- Using the same skillet, mix the soup and salssa.
- Pour over the steak and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
