Coquito (Traditional Puerto Rican drink)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Serve really cold but do not add ice.
  4. You may discard the rum if you want, but the flavor wont be the same.
  5. I would recommend reducing the amount.
  6. If you have kids you should separate a part for them before you add the rum, and after you separate it, add rum (but according to how much is left).
  7. FOR THE DECORATION!
  8. With a cup, dip the tip/upper part with condensed milk and afterwards dip it in shredded coconut or candy cane crumbs (Just mash candy canes with a hammer).
  9. After you pour the coquito, add a dash of cinnamon powder to add color, and if you want a cinnamon stick for decoration.
  10. Your guests will be delighted!

coconut cream, milk, condensed milk, vanilla, rum, condensed milk, cinnamon, coconut, powdered cinnamon
