Vegan Fried Rice In 5 Minutes
- 4 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup spring onion / scallion
- 4 clove thinly slice garlic
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or any oil
- 4 small dice mix red , orange and yellow jalapeAao
- 1 medium thinnly slice onion
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- Used over night leftover rice or cook rice as usually then fluff up and set aside
- in pan with oil lightly brown garlic and onion.
- add cooked white rice and seasoning
- stir fry rice till all sauce mix well then add mix jalapeAao and spring onion /scallions for 2 minutes till all mix well then off heat
- vegan fried rice with mix jalapeAao and scallion
