Easy Peach Cake

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon extract until smooth.
  2. It will be fairly stiff.
  3. Chopping the peaches in the pie filling in half works well.
  4. Gently fold pie fiiling into cake mixture until blended.
  5. Add nuts.
  6. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  7. .
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
  9. Cool.
  10. Mix all glaze ingredients together and if needed add a little milk to spread.
  11. Spread on cool cake.
  12. Try it with chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling, omitting lemon extract and use almond extract.
  13. Try it with spice cake mix and apple pie filling, and use vanilla extract instead of lemon extract.
  14. For glaze, omit lemon juice, use apple juice with spice cake mix.
