Braised Beef & Onions

  1. Brown meat in hot oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Remove meat from pan; drain.
  3. Add steak sauce and water to pan; bring to boil.
  4. Return meat to pan; top with onions.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 hour 30 minutes, basting occasionally and adding additional water, if needed.
  6. Slice meat.
  7. Serve over hot cooked parslied noodles, if desired.
