Lo's Chocolate Moose
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 34 cup milk
- 1 -1 12 tablespoon canadian rye whiskey
- Combine chocolate, salt, egg, and vanilla, in an electric blender.
- Heat milk in small saucepan over medium heat until it just boils, and pour it into the blender.
- Cover and blend at high speed for about a minute.
- Pour into ramekins and chill for about 3 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream that has 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of Canadian rye whisky added to it.
- Makes 3 reasonable servings.
