Shrimp Spread
- 1 lb. frozen shrimp (41 to 50 count), cooked, peeled, deveined and divided Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
- Ritz Crackers
- Chop enough shrimp into small pieces to measure 1 cup; reserve remaining whole shrimp for garnish.
- Combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, celery and olives in medium bowl until well blended.
- Spoon onto centre of platter or dinner plate.
- Shape into 6-inch round.
- Press reserved whole shrimp into side of spread.
- Serve with crackers.
