Shrimp Spread

  1. Chop enough shrimp into small pieces to measure 1 cup; reserve remaining whole shrimp for garnish.
  2. Combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, celery and olives in medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Spoon onto centre of platter or dinner plate.
  4. Shape into 6-inch round.
  5. Press reserved whole shrimp into side of spread.
  6. Serve with crackers.
