Pork Chop N Potato Bake
- 6 whole Pork Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 24 ounces, weight Hash Browns, Thawed
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup French Fried Onions
- Brown chops in vegetable oil, salt them and set aside.
- Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/4 tsp.
- salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 cup French fried onions.
- Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 dish, and arrange chops over the mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot!
