Beef Or Elk Stroganoff Recipe

  1. Cut round steak into thin strips.
  2. Dust with flour.
  3. In large skillet, brown meat in fat.
  4. Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic.
  5. Brown lightly.
  6. Stir in beef bouillon.
  7. Cover; cook 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender; stir now and then.
  8. Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream; cook over low heat 5 min.
  9. Serve over cooked noodles.
  10. 4 servings.
