Quick Chicken And Rice

  1. Mix rice, onion, green pepper and water and put in non-stick, 1 quart casserole (or line casserole dish with aluminum foil).
  2. Placed halved chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Bake covered at 350F (180C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice absorbs all water.
