Baked Apples With Calvados

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel, core and slice the apples in rounds.
  3. Place them in a baking dish with butter and sugar.
  4. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
  5. Warm the Calvados in a small pan and pour it over the apples.
  6. Set it aflame, shaking the baking dish, until the flames die down.
