Angie's Meatloaf

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. Saute the peppers and onions.
  3. Blend all other ingredients in a mixing bowl (I usually do it by hand).
  4. Blend in sauteed peppers and onions.
  5. Place in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Mix together topping ingredients while meatloaf is in the oven.
  7. Pour topping evenly over meatloaf.
  8. Continue baking at 350F for 1/2 hour.
