Angie's Meatloaf
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup crumbled saltine crackers
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Saute the peppers and onions.
- Blend all other ingredients in a mixing bowl (I usually do it by hand).
- Blend in sauteed peppers and onions.
- Place in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Mix together topping ingredients while meatloaf is in the oven.
- Pour topping evenly over meatloaf.
- Continue baking at 350F for 1/2 hour.
