Horseradish Venison Burgers

  1. mix venison WELL with first 8 ingredients.
  2. shape mixture into patties.
  3. wrap a strip of bacon around outside of each patties and secure with a toothpick
  4. grill, broil, or pan sear each patty until done, about 10 min.
  5. melt cheese on top and serve on bin with choice of condiments.
