Rosemary Lamb Chops
- 1/3 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 racks of lamb (2-1/4 lb./1 kg), 8 chops each Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Mix dressing and rosemary.
- Place meat on rack in roasting pan; brush with dressing mixture.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until done (160F).
- Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 min.
