Working Girl's Favorite
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 12 teaspoon basil
- Combine all ingredients in lightly oiled crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-10 hours.
