Easy Blender Pie
- 2 medium Eggs
- 1 clove Garlic (smashed or finely cut)
- 1 cup Milk (you may may add more for consistecy)
- 3/4 cup Sunflower Oil (or any of your preference)
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flower (or regular flower, as you wish)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 dash Oregano (Optional)
- 2 round slices of Onion (optional)
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 can Tuna (or 2 cup cooked Chicken or Turkey)
- 1 Onion cut in round slices
- 1 cup Olives, sliced
- 2 boiled eggs, cut in round slices
- 2 Tomatoes, cut in round slices
- 1 Oregano or Basil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 dash Salt (careful not to add too much as Usually the tuna comes with salt)
- Preheat oven to 350?F or 180C
- Filling: Prepare the feeling first and the dough is really really quick!
- Mix together all Filling ingredients besides the eggs and the Parmesan: tuna, olives, onion, tomatoes, origano and salt.
- Mix it as if you are preparing a salad.
- Another great way of making the filling is using pre-cooked chicken.
- But tuna in a can is the fastest one and need no additional preparation.
- Dough: Start by blending together the eggs, onion, oregano, garlic and salt.
- No need to stop the blender.
- Add the milk
- Add the flour little by little.
- Add the oil and keep blending until you have a smooth dough.
- Add the baking powder, and stop the blender.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and flour.
- Add half the dough and let it spread evenly.
- Add the filling on top of the dough, then the other half if the dough, place the boiled eggs slices on top and the parmesan cheese.
- Bake from 30 to 45 minutes.
- It will depend on your oven.
