Easy Blender Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F or 180C
  2. Filling: Prepare the feeling first and the dough is really really quick!
  3. Mix together all Filling ingredients besides the eggs and the Parmesan: tuna, olives, onion, tomatoes, origano and salt.
  4. Mix it as if you are preparing a salad.
  5. Another great way of making the filling is using pre-cooked chicken.
  6. But tuna in a can is the fastest one and need no additional preparation.
  7. Dough: Start by blending together the eggs, onion, oregano, garlic and salt.
  8. No need to stop the blender.
  9. Add the milk
  10. Add the flour little by little.
  11. Add the oil and keep blending until you have a smooth dough.
  12. Add the baking powder, and stop the blender.
  13. Grease a baking dish with butter and flour.
  14. Add half the dough and let it spread evenly.
  15. Add the filling on top of the dough, then the other half if the dough, place the boiled eggs slices on top and the parmesan cheese.
  16. Bake from 30 to 45 minutes.
  17. It will depend on your oven.
