Babylon Sister

• 1 lemon wedge
• Unsweetened cocoa powder
• Ice
• 1 ounce Kirsch (cherry Eau-de-vie)
• 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
• 1/4 ounce white creme de cacao
• 1/2 ounce heavy cream
• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• 3 brandied cherries skewered on a pick

1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with cocoa powder.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cherries and shake well.
4. Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with the skewered cherries.
