Saucy Italian-Style Pork Chops

  1. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops and vegetables; cook 2 min.
  3. or until bottoms of chops are browned.
  4. Turn chops.
  5. Top with oregano, dressing and tomatoes.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on low heat 12 min.
  8. or until chops are done (160 degrees F), stirring vegetable mixture occasionally.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
