Tots With Deviled Egg Cream Sauce

  1. In saucepan, add margarine, flour and milk.
  2. Turn to medium low heat.
  3. Wisk until all ingredients are mixed and stir until sauce starts to thicken.
  4. Add dry mustard, salt and pepper and stir until mixed.
  5. Add minced eggs and sliced mushroom if desired.
  6. Cook until hot and thickened.
  7. Spray Pam in round flat casserole dish.
  8. Add Tots.
  9. Microwave 5 minutes 80% power.
  10. Pour sauce over the top.
  11. Add shredded cheese if desired.
  12. Cut toast in 1 inch wide long strips.
  13. Place on top of the sauce.
  14. Microwave 4-5 minutes at 80% Power.
