Superfoodsrx Granola
- 1 12 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 12 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 18 cup dried blueberries
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a bowl mix together the ingredients in the order listed, thoroughly mixing after each addition.
- Spread the mixture on a jelly roll pan sprayed for 2 seconds with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Bake until the oats are golden brown.
- Cool and store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bags.
