Potato Chip-Encrusted Fish

• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 4 cod fillets (1 lb.)
• 1-1/2 cups crushed salt & vinegar kettle-cooked potato chips

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Brush dressing onto both sides of fish; coat evenly with crushed chips.
3. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 12 to 15 min.
5. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
