Zesty Homemade Cocktail Sauce

• 1 cup catsup
• 1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• 2 tablespoons minced shallots or 2 tablespoons minced onions
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon hot sauce
• 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 14 teaspoon celery salt

1. In a small bowl, blend all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate cocktail sauce at least several hours to allow flavors to blend.
3. May be prepared several days ahead.
