Legion 56 Egg Nog

  1. Beat yolks till thick pale yellow using hand mixer
  2. Add sugar and milk while stirring
  3. Add heavy cream while stirring then alcohol keep stirring
  4. In other container beat the egg whites to stiff peaks
  5. Add other quart of heavy cream to egg whites while stirring
  6. Fold egg white mixture into yolk mixture
  7. Add nutmeg and cinnamon stir most in leave some on top
