Fresh Cranberry Sauce
- 12 lb fresh cranberries
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
- 1 navel orange, cut into chunks
- 14 lemon, seeded
- 14 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- process the orange, lemon, and apple chunks in a food processor until small.
- Add the cranberries and pulse until blended.
- Place in bowl and stuir in sugar and walnuts.
- Best when made at least an hour before serving so flavors can meld.
