Teriyaki Grilled Chicken

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon ginger powder
• 6 chicken breasts

1. Mix the marinate together.
2. Place the chicken in the marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator turning the chicken several times to cover with the sauce.
3. Remove chicken from marinate and grill.
