Easy, Tasty, & Rich Creamed Spinach

• 2 cups chopped cooked fresh spinach
• 2 tablespoons medium cream
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• salt & pepper
• 4 slices toasted French bread (thick slices)
• 14 cup hollandaise sauce

1. Mix together first 5 ingredients & heat.
2. Lay a toast slice in bottom of 4 individual casseroles.
3. Top each casserole with spinach & hollandaise sauce.
4. Lightly brown in 450F oven.
