Glazed Meatloaf

• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar (I have also used dark and it works just as well)
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
• 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tsp beef flavored instant bouillon

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, mustard and 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice
3. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 of the ketchup mixture, mix well
4. Press into a loaf tin and bake for 1 hour
5. Pour off fat and pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf
6. Bake 10 minutes longer
