Hamburger Quiche
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. sharp shredded cheese
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 deep dish pie shells
- Brown ground beef,
- chopped
- onions
- and bell pepper in skillet until done.
- Drain and set aside.
- In mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients, except mushrooms and cheese.
- Pour meat mixture half and half into the pie shells.
- Half mushrooms and cheese; put half and
- half into pie shells.
- Pour half of the milk mixture into each pie
- shell.
- Bake
- at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
