Salmon Corn Casserole Recipe
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs, coarsely minced
- 1 can salmon, liquid removed & broken into pcs
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/4 c. diced pimento
- 1 c. pkg. herb-seasoned bread stuffing
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
- Put into 6 individual casserole dishes.
- Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees about 25 min.
- (If mix is baked in one large casserole, allow more baking time.)
