Chicken And Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine soups and water in a saucepan.
  2. Stir over moderate heat.
  3. When hot and blended, remove 1 can of the mix and set aside.
  4. Add in mushrooms and rice to soup mix and stir.
  5. Pour soup mix into a 13 x 9 inch glass pan.
  6. Place 9 chicken pcs on top and pour remaining can of soup mix on top.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs till chicken is tender.
